A GROUP OF THREE PRE COLUMBIAN POTTERY ARTIFACTS, MESOAMERICA, comprising a dual handled red clay olla attributed to El Salvador, circa 250-800 A.D, with certificate of authenticity by Arte Xibalba, height: 5", diameter: 5 1/2"; a pottery fragment of an Zapotec style head with headband and long arching brow, intense outwardly gazed eyes with a protruding nostrils and large earlobes with disk earrings on stand, height: 2 1/4", width: 2", depth: 2"; and a Costa Rican style brown slip painted and incised toucan form ocarina musical instrument, height: 4 3/4" diameter: 5.
Condition
The olla with a chip at rim, the head with losses and an apparent fragment, some surface wear, dust, debris but overall in good to very good condition, wear commensurate with age.
