Description
**First Time At Auction**
East Asia, China, Ming Dynasty, ca. 1550 CE. A wonderful example of a porcelain dish upon an integrated pedestal, embellished with a blue on white decorative program. The pedestal foot concavity is slightly flared and connects to the shallow dish that has vine and sunflower motifs on the exterior. The interior rim boasts a twisting vine motif with rings and a fish with reeds and swirling lines on the tondo.
