West Africa, Nigeria, Yoruba peoples, ca. late 19th to early 20th century CE. A brass anklet, hollow cast with openwork motifs, used as currency and to signify wealth. Size: 6.25" W x 1.45" H (15.9 cm x 3.7 cm)
