PULLMAN used brass towel rack or basket. In the 1920's to 1950's era, those were cloth towels and NOT paper towels.. One vertical wire is broken loose from the top ring but is not real noticeable. Beautiful piece from the Heavyweight Era of railroad passenger trains. roughly 9 x 12.5 x 4".
