Description
A rare survival of a gilt bronze mirror back, with the cast relief of the goddess of Love appearing between two arched columns, possibly Hellenistic or a bit later, 1st century AD, Roman Period (with damage as expected but a great piece never-the-less). Size: 4 3/4" dia.
