Jayne Mansfield's Personally Owned Hooded Long Coat W/COA (Museum Exhibited) - This long, hooded faux fur coat was personally owned by iconic American film, theater, and television actress, Jayne Mansfield. Mansfield was the epitome of extravagance and decadence, known for her bigger than life personality. She was also a nightclub entertainer, singer and one of the early Playboy Playmates, and was one of the bright shining stars of the 1950s next to Marilyn Monroe. Although her career was considered short-lived, she had several box office successes, won a Theatre World Award and a Golden Globe, and remains one of the most recognizable icons of 1950s celebrity culture. The coat was previously exhibited at Mike Moon's Elvis and Hollywood Legends Museum in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
