No holes or tears to the original fabric, which is sunfaded and a bit tired overall. Foam has hardened and should be replaced. No repairs or restoration found. Minor scratching and wear to armrests including a one inch scratch. Tight age-related separation to solid panel of ottoman due to wood movement over time. This does not affect the sturdiness or usability, and is mostly hidden by the cushion. Two ends of the ottoman have attractive leg joinery not visible in the photograph. Overall very good vintage condition.
