Rare reel to reel recordings of the Russ Morgan Band and a few others. Recordings are at: Del Mar Ballroom, The Palladium in Los Angeles, Goldenwest Ballroom, The Dunes, Catalina Island Ballroom, and others I can't read.There is one where Russ is playing with Rosemary Clooney. We have listened to a few and they sound pretty good. Have not listened to all of them. These come from a family who were very close friends of Russ here is Southern California. The family would host dance parties and Russ would bring the band.....can you imagine !!This is a lot of 12 reel to reel recordings of Russ Morgan shows. Some are solo shows and some are with special guests. Shows have been recorded from the Palladium, National Guard Armory, Catalina Island and more, some were recorded from radio. We did play some on our reel to reel and they sound great and are nice and clear. Some have info written on the inside of the lid, some on the outside and some with typed up info that was inserted in. Did not listen to all, but what's written on the boxes is what is on the reel.
