Chanel Rare 2010 Limited Edition Framboise Leather Singapore Exclusive Classic Flap Shoulder Bag W/Dust Cover - This exquisite and rare Classic Flap shoulder bag by Chanel is a limited edition, exclusive piece which made its debut for the grand opening of the Chanel boutique at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore in 2010. The bag is crafted of framboise red leather and trimmed with gold chain around the perimeter, and is also decorated with hanging charms marking some of the most emblematic logos of the house including the camellia flower, CC logo and lion head which represents Coco Chanel's star sign, Leo. The signature CC turn lock double flap closure opens to reveal a gold leather lined interior with one zipped "love note" pocket on the inside of the flap (it is said that Coco created this pocket as a secret spot to hide her love letters), three slit pockets, and one lipstick pocket. The bag has a gold chain strap woven with red leather which can be worn long at 16" or doubled at 9". This bag has wonderful investment potential, as Chanel constrains its supply, regularly raises prices and is generally regarded as a luxury favorite on the resale market and hard to find versions regularly sell for above their original retail prices.
