Condition: The overall condition is good with the following: Structural Issues: The banded collar has some minor splitting starting to occur on the front but still intact. There are several areas that look as if there were something stitched to the dress, along the upper bodice and the skirt, but cannot confirm. The right side seam at hip level has started to split. Split/Separated Seams: The trim is loose and separated from the upper bodice with the front left detached. Losses: There is some minor bead loss throughout, most noticeable on the back left shoulder blade area and front left chest area. The hemline of the skirt has several areas where the braided hem tape has worn away or has small holes.  Soiling/Spots: There are soiled spots throughout the entire dress with the most noticeable area being the neckline,  underarms, skirt along the waistline, and hemlines of the sleeves and skirt. Everything is sold 'As Is'. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
