Condition: THE FIRST The overall condition is very good with the following: Soiling/Spots: There are two small white spots on the back under the yoke ruffle. The under arms are lightly soiled in the lining. THE SECOND The overall condition is good structurally with the following: Losses: There are some small holes at the back neckline just under the collar. Fading/Color Change: There is some overall darkening to the garment due to age. Soiling/Spots: The dress is moderate-heavily soiled throughout, mostly along the neckline and collar, shoulders, sleeves elbows, various spots throughout the skirt, though to a lesser degree. Corrosion/Tarnish: The buttons have a coarse white film on them. Everything is sold 'As Is'. The stated overall condition of the lot is based on the assumption that the wear is consistent with age and use. The absence of any reference to the condition of a lot does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.
