Ron Lion Sauvage (French, 19th/20th Century) bronze sculpture of Giuliano de Medici after the marble by Michelangelo (Italian, 1475-1564) from the Medici Chapel, San Lorenzo, Florence, signed: "R. Lion Sauvage" at side, rectangular slate base. Bronze: 16" H x 7.5" W x 7.25" D. Provenance: From the estate of American film producer Martin Bregman (Scarface, Serpico, Dog Day Afternoon). Removed from his Park Avenue apartment decorated by Sister Parish and Albert Hadley.
