A Jules Jurgensen minute repeater pocket watch in 18K gold hunter case, formerly owned by Eli Lilly (1885-1977), signed on case, dial and movement, case and movement numbered 13580, case is monogrammed HMF, dated 1882 on back cover, and personalized on inside cover, approx 53mm case not including stem. Lilly purchased the watch in the 1970s, and wanted a repeater, so he would not have to rely on eyesight. He gifted the watch to his secretary, prior to his death on Jan 24, 1977 (letter from Anita Martin Johnson, secretary, included), comes with gold-filled watch fob, and a box from JC Sipe jewelers- where Mr Lilly purchased the watch
