Description
A primitive carved stone human head effigy with archaic features. The Museum had a sign stating that the Head was found near Richmond Indiana in the early 20th century and is believed to be Native American , possibly Mound Builder. The sign notes that a similar head was also on display in a Museum in Buffalo New York. The suggested date of the artifact according to the Museum is 1000-5000 BC. This Stone head measures 11 inches tall and according to a sign in the Museum is a haunted artifact. Part of the Permanent display at the Metamora Museum of Oddities, Metamora , Indiana.
