Leather exhibits assorted surface wear commensurate with use over time. There are horizontal scuffs visible to back of chair from contact with table top surfaces over time. Leather surfaces to each armrest and seat have dried out over time with visible crazing. Seat shows one 2'' area of leather fill from repair. Seat also exhibits several small tears to leather. Foam cushioning has hardened and would benefit from being updated prior to normal use. Good vintage condition.
