From official views of battle and gas shells exploding, to a series of personal snapshot-style individual and group portraits of nurses with ambulances,snapshots of kitchen staff, nurses on horseback, views of wreckage, bombed sites and architecture, and postcards depicting tanks in the field, Albert Cathedral, troops in action, prisoners, a field hospital, etc., and a sequence of 6 colour printed photographic postcards depicting the minute-by-minute take-down of a zeppelin on Sunday, September 3, 1916; along with numerous casual and equestrian photographs.
