Pair of Continental Belle Epoque Five-Light Candelabras, fourth quarter 19th century, consisting of bleu marine porcelain urns on a Louis XV-style base, with griffin head ring pull handles, candle cups and bobeches, all retaining most of its original gilt, h. 19-1/4".

Elegant lot in good condition. Brightly gilded (surfaces generally matte with small burnished highlights). Typical scattered oxidation. The interior of both center candle sockets threaded, the remaining sockets and bobeches drilled to facilitate electrification (these now with removable painted wooden tapers).
