THREE WORLD WAR I POSTERS Circa 1918
1) "Have you answered the Red Cross Christmas Roll Call?" by Harrison Fisher. Depicts a Red Cross nurse in a cloak, extending her hand, with marching soldiers carrying an American flag in the background. 30" x 28". Shrink-wrapped on foamcore trimmed to the size of the poster.
2) "Buy Another Join the YD Victory Liberty Loan". Printed in white against red and blue. 25.25" x 20". Shrink-wrapped on foamcore trimmed to the size of the poster.
3) "The Greatest Mother in the World" by A.E. Foringer for the Red Cross, published by Edwards & Deutsch Litho. Co., Chicago. Depicts a colossal Red Cross nurse cradling a wounded soldier on a stretcher, with a Red Cross and "Red Cross Christmas Roll Call Dec. 16-23rd". 42" x 28". Shrink-wrapped on foamcore trimmed to the size of the poster.

1) Stained, torn, creased and foxed, with some evidence of mold damage. 2-3) Chipped, creased and torn.
