Four Native American baskets including three Papago/ Tohono O'odham, 20th C., details include: one Tohono O'odham tray with rust and brown decoration, 14 1/2" diam.; one Tohono O'odham lidded basket with loop finial and brown decoration, 7" h.; one Tohono O'odham basket with arched handle, unraveling and with loss to rim, 5" h.; and a finely woven covered basket with light red and brown decoration, dents/ waving of sides, 4" h., all pieces with wear consistent with age and use. [PROVENANCE: Lidded basket purchased in May of 1987 from Americana Indian Shows and Art Gallery in Yuma, Sedona & Flagstaff, Arizona, for $225. Copy of receipt available to successful buyer.]
