This is a very Rare and superb old Grebo medicine tray for a diviner. Carved wood with small anthropomorphic figure as a central motif to the handle, which is accented with brass tacks. The tray / spoon measures 17 x 6.75 inches. Provenance: Field collected by Charles D. Miller III in Liberia, C. 1970

fair, well weathered, figure in handle has an arm that is repaired with string and a bit loose.
