The House of Garrard is the longest serving jeweler in the world, as their origins can be traced back to 1735 when the firm received its first royal commission from Frederick, Prince of Wales. The house was eventually appointed the first official Crown Jeweller in 1843 and has since served every subsequent British monarch, including the Duchess of Cambridge's sapphire cluster engagement ring, and other royal families around the globe. This necklace has a fascinating design embellished with approximately 17.00ctw VVS2-VS1/F-G round and marquise cut glittering diamonds, and is finished with (5) 11.5mm-12mm pearl drop. The pearls match beautifully and have a stunning satiny iridescent luster. The necklace measures 16" in length and is signed "G&Co." along with several British hallmarks.
