AMERICAN HOMESPUN TEXTILE ARTICLES, LOT OF THREE, comprising a two joined paneled twill woven table covering with fringe to each end, and two double-paneled linen sheets consisting of one 85" x 67" with hand-written inscription "H.C.P. / 3 1868" in one corner and one 87 1/2" x 70 1/2". 19th century. Table covering 59" x 112" with fringe.
Smaller sheet with inscription in good overall condition with light to moderate toning, some scattered stains and holes, slight separation at ends of center seam; larger sheet in very good overall condition with toning, spotting, and some stains; table covering in excellent overall condition with some scattered stains.
Provenance: From the estate collection of Mary Poole, Waynesboro, VA.

Condition

Smaller sheet with inscription in good overall condition with light to moderate toning, some scattered stains and holes, slight separation at ends of center seam; larger sheet in very good overall condition with toning, spotting, and some stains; table covering in excellent overall condition with some scattered stains.
