Original WWI era medal lot to Pfc. Harry Blakeslee, Battery B, 18th Field Artillery, 3rd Infantry Division, AEF France. The medals are all pinned to a wooden box display, and removable should the winner so choose. Included is his hand engraved split brooch Purple Heart Medal (numbered 54127) and unofficially engraved Wounded July 20 18. Comes with his four bar WWI Victory Medal, Occupation of Germany Medal, Mexican Border Service Medal (numbered 41093), Mexican Service Medal, Third Division Medal, Third Division enamel badge, US Army Bracelet (most of the ID engraving is worn off), wide pin back ribbon bars, French St. Mihiel 1918 Medal, French Verdun Medal. Most of the medals are crudely hand engraved with his name or initials. Also comes with his French Croix de Guerre Fourragere.
Condition
Verdun medal has come off the brooch, but it's still present. Other medals are pinned to the backing and could be removed.
