Pair of Louis XV-Style Fruitwood Fauteuils
19th century, each with a shaped and padded back surmounted by a foliate crest, joined by padded arms to the like seat, above a foliate shell crest, raised on cabriole legs joined by an X-form stretcher and ending in scrolled toes, upholstered in period needlework in various mythological floral and avian scenes.

Condition
Both are in good, sturdy condition. A few scattered old inactive wormholes. Some mild wear to the finish of the arm fronts. The needlework upholstery is usable, although one chair has a couple holes that could be stitched closed.
