Wayne Lambert Davis was an American printmaker, painter and watercolorist. He studied at Columbia University, where he earned a degree in mine engineering, before changing focus to the arts and took up study at the Art Students League in New York City. Davis is best known for his skiing and aviation subjects, the latter of which he discovered a love for while working for the Curtiss Aviation and Motor Company. His work can be found in many major museums around the world.

Condition: Good condition, a few light scratches in the lower right.
