Victoria Hutson Huntley, born Victoria Ebbles, was raised in Hasbrouck Heights, New Jersey. She attended the New York School of Fine and Applied Art before continuing on to the Art Students League, where she studied with the likes of George Bridgman, George Luks, John Sloan and Max Weber. In the early 1920s she married William Hutson but went through a divorce just a few years later. She married again in 1933, to Ralph Huntley. Her lithographs can be found signed Victoria Ebbles, Victoria E. Hutson, Victoria Hutson and Victoria Hutson Huntley.

Huntley was a prolific printmaker, producing over 85 images throughout her career.
