*Albert Pels exhibited at various galleries, one-man exhibitions and museums including The Whitney Museum of American Art, The Philadelphia Museum of Art, The Denver Art Museum, The Butler Art Institute and many others. Pels worked as a WPA artist during the 1930s, painting murals, national projects and exhibited extensively across the country. He also studied with Thomas Hart Benton at the Art Students League in New York.
