19th century American sewing lot. Including a folk art sewing chest with applied and painted heart, 19th century. Together with a painted sewing bird, strawberry pincushion and heart knitting shield.

English, mid-19th Century. Brass. Nicely detailed castings, pincushion top, bird-shaped clamp at center, and mounting bracket at bottom. Underside of clamp at top initialed "L. S." Wear to pincushion.
