BERKELEY, Calif. – PBA Galleries has announced a valuable collection of original American Girl dolls will be included in the Elite Americana & Rare Cartography sale scheduled for July 8. PBA Galleries is offering each of the five original dolls: Kirsten, Molly, Samantha, Felicity, and Addy, signed and numbered number one by Pleasant Rowland. Each doll comes with a hardcover copy of her book or booklet as well as a certificate of authenticity. Absentee and Internet live bidding will be available through LiveAuctioneers.

PITTSFIELD, MASS. — Featuring a selection of 700 items, Fontaine’s Auction Gallery’s two-session auction, held on May 22 and also May 29, grossed $3 million. The auction boasted offerings from hot collecting categories ranging from paintings and silver to Tiffany Studios leaded glass lamps and windows.
