For a Novice...
Thought Fontaine and shipper were very cordial, quick to respond to questions, accurately described the clocks, shipped safely and quickly, have both clocks mostly running, but additional work at hand.

Professionals
I have bought from Mr. Fontaine before and know, firsthand, that this is one of the best Auction House in the country. Honest, professional, friendly, from everyone I have encountered there. Mr. Fontaine has answered all my questions, when asked. As has the people who staff have helped me, time and again. From telephone bids to extra photos to pick up or shipping. My favorite place for auctions.
