Expected top lots include an original hand-painted production cel from The Ren & Stimpy Show, the controversial Nickelodeon program that ran from 1991 to 1995. The cel depicts both the title characters from the waist up against a reproduction background that appears to be a concrete cell or perhaps a spacious bathroom. The episode in which it was used is not specified. The piece comes with a studio seal and a certificate of authenticity, and it is estimated at $200-$250.

Certain to command bidders’ attention is concept art for the Jiminy Cricket character from Disney’s 1940 classic, Pinocchio. It shows Jiminy Cricket in full, holding an umbrella aloft, and it is rendered in graphite with highlights done in red pencil, all on 5-peghole animation paper. It is numbered 87 in the bottom right corner and is described as being in “fine condition.” The drawing is estimated at $1,100-$1,500.

The final standout comes from the Warner Brothers universe: a Chuck Amuck limited edition cel of Bugs Bunny by legendary animator Chuck Jones. The cel dates to 1989, the year in which Jones released his autobiography Chuck Amuck – The Life and Times of an Animated Cartoonist. It replicates the cover art for the book, and it is number 349 of an edition of 750. A Linda Jones seal is on the cel and it is signed on the bottom right. It is estimated at $600-$700.
