MT. CRAWFORD, Va. – Jeffrey S. Evans & Associates will conduct a two-day auction of 19th and 20th century glass and lighting on July 29 and 30 beginning at 9:30 a.m. each day.

The sale will feature the 40-year collection of the late James S. Wilkins of Waxahachie, Tesas, the Victorian lighting collection of Florence and the late Richard Birdsall of Barnegat, N.J., the miniature lamp collection of Marilyn Doupnik of Columbus, Ohio, part two of the Ed Kleppinger collection of New Orleans, La., and a consignment from the Sandwich Glass Museum.
Friday’s session one will begin with a collection of miniature and full-size kerosene lighting including rare Victorian opalescent, hanging, and bracket lamps, followed by selections from the massive Kleppinger collection of ruby and other stained early American pattern glass, plus Vaseline and rubina-verde glass of all types.
Session two will feature a large selection of EAPG including animal and historical, children’s toy glass, Victorian glass of all types, rare barber bottles, Mount Washington, Wave Crest, milk glass and carnival glass.
