BERKELEY, Calif. – PBA Galleries had an outstanding Photography and Fine Art sale on April 7. The auction consisted of 420 lots featuring the photography collection of Jack and Beverly Waltman. This collection did exceptionally well, with items reaching record highs and even exceeding the highest expectations.
