The sale showcased affordable paintings, drawings and prints by prominent artists spanning the late 19th through 20th centuries. With competitive bidding, the sale totaled $391,721, more than doubling the high estimate of $110,600-187,300, with an exceptional 93% sold by lot at 100% sold by value.
