  • A tourist is suing the Planet Hollywood casino-hotel in Las Vegas for $10,000, claiming a life-size mannequin in his darkened room caused him to flee and suffer injuries. The plaintiff says he was “shocked and surprised” by the figure, mistaking it for a human being. Planet Hollywood responded that memorabilia has traditionally been part of their decor.
