RALEIGH, N.C. – The Coin Operated Collectors Association (COCA) will hold its 2021 national convention in Raleigh, North Carolina, over the weekend of October 8-10. The site of the event is the DoubleTree by Hilton at Raleigh-Durham International Airport, Research Triangle Park.
Activities will open on Friday evening and continue through Sunday evening, with checkout on Monday, Oct. 11 (Columbus Day). During the convention, club members will enjoy viewing collections of coin-operated machines and antique advertising in the homes of fellow collectors who reside in the Raleigh area.

Buying and selling is always a highlight of the COCA annual convention. Members will be setting up merchandise to sell either in their rooms or from vehicles in the hotel parking lot.

Organizers encourage new members to sign up and join them in fellowship, fun and food, which will be in abundance. The dining agenda includes:

• Saturday evening Deluxe Italian Buffet Dinner

• Sunday evening Gala Farewell Buffet Banquet

• A free deluxe breakfast buffet every day, with cooked-to-order eggs and omelets

The hotel offers free wifi and parking, as well as free airport shuttle service. Special hotel room rates apply for those attending the convention.
