Fraudsters
Complete **********, invoiced for the product with exorbitant shipping to Europe (more than the hammer price). I asked for an updated invoice with shipping to NYC.. then the item got "lost". A couple of days later it was offered in another sale here. **********!

Hello Pete Jones, In reality, I did not invoice you and did not allow you to pay, because we could not find your $64 poster in stock. It was re-uploaded in error to the next sale and then removed immediately. I offered you a discount on any other item in my auction, but you choose to use profane and abusive language by email when dealing with me and my colleagues. I'm sorry we did not take your $64 for something we listed incorrectly. We offer only offer international shipping 2 Day service via DHL, which is why of course it would cost more than $64 to archivally pack and and ship to Switzerland. I wish you all the luck in purchasing $64 posters in the future. My offer still stands on giving you a discount on anything else in my auction; despite your attitude.

Very professional and efficient
I’m from Spain and shipping it’s always so important (cost, tax, etc), Dane Fine art are very professional and efficient looking the cheap option to ship (so different than others galleries).

Dane as a counter party
I am out of state for a while so I cannot confirm receipt of my item yet. Dane kept me abreast of shipping info and gave me accurate descriptions on items I wanted to bid on. I would definitely deal with them again.

Items never received
They were apparently sold to someone else. Furthermore, no one told me this; I had to call several times and send emails. Had I not persisted in following up, I never would have received what I won and paid for. Terrible communication and customer service.

Came as described.
I am no expert in authentic art, but it looks like the lithographs I received from Dane Art are the real deal. They clearly show where it they removed from the original bible books they came from... I think. Once again, I'm no expert.

Hi Diane, We take pride in our 4.5/5 Star reviews. It would be nice if you did not penalize me for FedEx's job. You paid on the 15th-we shipped on the 20th and that is a pretty good turn around for a business during a global pandemic and riots.

Fabulous DETAILED descriptions of art!

Condition not excellent as advertised, but otherwise great experience
I ordered a set of lithographs, all advertised as in “excellent condition”, however they had some creases, acid burn, and even backing material on the pieces. Still a great deal and timely shipping/communication, but status not exactly as advertised.

Inaccurate item description
The poster that I received has deckled edges, which this auction house failed to indicate in the item’s description. When I contacted the auction house regarding the matter, the reply I got was rude and irresponsible. It stated that “a full sheet has deckled edges and that’s what you have that’s what everyone wants... it’s perfect. “Then I realize that couple other buyers had similar experiences when dealing with this auction house from it’s reviews. I’d suggest to bid with cautious.

Dane Find Art Rock!
What can I say? Dane Fine Art is always great to deal with. I've attended several auctions (online) and I've never had to call because of a problem. As a matter of fact, I've never had to call them at all. Their items are always as represented, they make it easy to pay and their shipping department is the bomb because I'm always surprised how fast my items get to me. Dane Fine Arts rock!

Item won at auction never delivered/"lost"

Dane Fine Art has the best descriptions of each piece, but if you contact them there a question, you can be sure that they will be back in touch with you in an amazing amount of time. The packing for shipping is perfect, so that every one has arrived in perfect condition. This is why I keep coming back again and again.
