One of the best!
I almost hate to leave glowing reviews, as that means more people will be paying attention to items I may have my eye one. HOWEVER, I have been buying from Los Angeles Estate Auctions for several months, now, and I can't avoid it. They have been incredibly responsive and professional from day one. There are no fake accounts bidding items up, and the quality of items has always been top notch. When I have been in touch with them, I have found them to be prompt and attentive. If you are having items shipped, be aware the costs may be surprisingly high, BUT they are on par with every other auction house I have used and their shipper is just as professional as the auction house.

Unfortunately you can't do a negative star
Worst experience I've ever received. I questioned the shipping process and than was talked down to and before being hung up on they told me to go F myself. I've been having live auction looking into and they are blowing them off and not responding to them. The way I see this now is my items are either stolen or held hostage or my money is either stolen or held hostage. It's not hard to do the right thing. Don't question anything either wise, a childish temper tantrum will come your way.

No rhyme or reason, very very bizarre. Our shipper contacted him gave him a low quote of $30 UPS for all boxes. Bidder then called us and kept saying how do I know that the shipper wonβt steal a box, we then gave him the option to ship with USPS, he kept repeating the same thing, saying that he worked in the shipping industry and that he thinks one of his boxes might get stolen. We then asked him what would he like for us to do? He just kept repeating I donβt know I think one of my boxes is going to get stolen by a shipper. We then told him if he doesnβt want his items shipped he can contact Liveauctioneers and get a refund. His boxes are still sitting in our warehouse. Most bizarre experience weβve ever had with a bidder. Btw, we also told him that he can choose to insure his items, also when our local UPS store packs items itβs all being filmed, they have in store cameras. We have already notified Live auctioneers.

Great Auction Experience!
Los Angeles Estate Auction runs a great operation, with easy online bidding, quick wrap up and invoicing at the end, and accurate descriptions of items in the auction. The shipping company was very easy to work with, too, as I won items at two auctions that were close to each other, and they worked with me to save on combined shipping. Great auction house. I am new in the online auction market. I surprised how easily process went. The first order was shipped to me, well packed with acceptable shipping cost. Then, since i am a local, decided to stop by and pick up. Local pick up process went smooth, in friendly environment. Since that, i always buy from them. They have different kind, style, categories to choose from. Definitely will continue buying from the. Great action house. Highly recommended.

Very good experience
This was an easy process that took about 11 days including shipping. The UPS store Los Angeles Estate Auction worked with did a very nice job with packing and were proactive about communication and shipping options. A very good experience overall.
