When I received my box from woody it was though someone had sat on it (maybe a gorilla?). But with the great packing nothing was damaged! Kudo's to Woody's. I have always had great service from woody's. Love you all!

I use Woody auctions often for my on line purchases. Woody is accurate in descriptions and easy to listen to and watch when doing live on line. I do not live close do I have to have everything shipped to me an never have had a broken item everything is wrapped very well and shipped fast! I highly recommend woody auctions! Ps they are very friendly to talk too also!

Woody Auction does a fantastic job in listing photos, description and condition of each item. Starting price is fairly low, and there do not seem to be any reserves. The in-house packing and shipping is very reasonably priced compared to any other auction house or shippers, they pack extremely well and safely and ship out right away. I bought the item in an auction on Friday morning, and incredibly it arrived on Monday by noon! That has to be a record time for delivery. A + + + +

This has to be the most honest, helpful, & friendly auction house I have ever dealt with. I've attended in person & have done phone, absentee, & online bidding. My purchases were shipped with the utmost care & wrapped beyond belief. You won't have to worry about any delicate purchase you win from this auction house. Shipping cost were extremely reasonable especially with the amount of wrapping & boxes within boxes they used. Everything was new and fresh-no recycled (used) boxes or wrappings. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Everyone was so helpful & friendly whether in person or on the phone. We witnessed firsthand their honest conduction of business. You will not be unhappy with Woody's Auction! I know we will be back again for another in person event!

I have never dealt with a more "customer friendly" company EVER especially online. As a first time buyer, Meghan was excellent and so nice and helped me navigate through the system. Carol was also very nice and called me after I had registered to tell me I was approved. My purchase was packed so well that I had absolutely no problems and the package even arrived 2 days earlier than expected. I will definitely buy from Woody's Auction again. Thank you

One of few auctions houses where I trust what they say completely.

We won items in both the 3/3/23 and 3/4/23 auctions. We asked for our shipment to be delayed to which Woody readily agreed. I have always found them to be most accommodating Our purchases arrived in two large cartons. The corner of one of the cartons was torn open in transit and the box was slightly crushed. The inner carton was perfect as was the very carefully wrapped glass. The second carton was unscathed. Shipping is expensive but we know that going in. Cut Glass is also expensive and needs protection from the poor handling it receives from UPS if it is to arrive undamaged.

I feel compelled to point out good business practices after having a poor experience with a separate auction house. Woody Auction, LLC was prompt in contacting me, confirming payment & being clear about their shipping practice. I even received confirmation when my items were delivered, so I was able to go & secute them in a timely manner. The package arrived in ideal condition & the ceramic items were even lovelier in person! I was able to re-package them while their display area was arranged, so that made it easier-solid packaging that was more than just stuffing, but could be re-used for safe moving. They make a pretty set, and I had no worries through the process. They were ready to answer questions & concerns & never made me feel like I needed to be shuffled off the phone...

We have been doing auctions with Woodys for a good number of year's and have NEVER been disappointed!! They always give five star service so we always give five star reviews!!
