Excellent phone response and items were better than I could have expected.

This could be my 20th auction with A H. Wilkens and I always very pleased with the entire transaction-even down to the phenomenal staff helping lift and load! Kudos, very grateful!

My items were shipped from Canada to Florida USA near Miami and I got them all in great shape, the shipping was done by ups store 123 and owned by Mr Hamid.... He went to pick up my items to this auction house and pack them very well and ship them to me. I got them very fast also... So I'm very happy about it. Good experience overall.

This auction house is just superb! Honest, responsive, sends excellent photos, and answers all questions! I was a little hesitant to buy from a Canadian auction because I am in the US, but I saved money in every way and got 2 excellent paintings at a very good price! There are no sales taxes to pay and the exchange rate is 20 % more savings! The shipping was cheaper that US shipping and was excellent from their shipper called Pak Ship! I love and recommend AH Wilkins to all!

Bought a large porcelain figure. Wilkens were excellent. Provided swift and detailed condition report which was very accurate and recommended a great shipper. Service was brilliant. Payment a bit tricky due to a non alignment of UK banking two factor authentication processes but we got there and staff remained reassuring and supportive throughout! Thank you so much!!!

Eventually this was resolved satisfactorily. That said, it took a supervisor to reach out and help me with shipping. I was given two shippers that they work with. For a single 39” x 31” framed piece of art, I was quoted $350-500 to pack and ship to Phoenix, AZ. Frankly, this sounded obscene to me. I recently had a 39” x 44” package that weighed 34 lbs shipped a similar distance for $91, which included packing (from Heritage Auctions). After several email exchanges where the representative didn’t answer my questions (I was actually responding to her emails), a supervisor reached out to assist. It was offered that the piece be removed from the frame and shipped in a tube. This shipper charged $65 for pick up, packing and shipping ….. which I think was not unreasonable.

I have bought 100s of times from A. H. Wilkins and every single time it has been flawless! They're wonderful-all of them from front desk, to podium, to loaders! And, great variety of stuff. Few things brought me more joy during the pandemic than on line auctions at A. H. W. thank you!

The sword very accurately described and when it came to payment they went above and beyond. Received my sword in 2 weeks with a border crossing into the US. Taurus Pak and Ship has very reasonable rates, the sword was very well packed and delivered in 3 days.
