Shipping is fair, but not cheap, their way of packaging may justify it. I've been a happy customer of this auction house for two years. They seem to be careful of the items they offer. I have received only good quality items so far. Its staff responded timely and offered additional information and photos whenever I have questions. Very honest on the damages and condition of the items.

True auction house (not a jeweler or re-seller selling their own goods) as far as I can tell, so the aucitons are honest with fair minimum bids. They responded via email very quickly with additional photos of a jewelry item I requested. They accept credit cards and mailed the item promptly, but they didn't offer tracking via email on my 5 ctw diamond item, which made me worry. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to bid again, but ask about tracking before you bid if it's important to you.

Communication was difficult. Hard to understand accents and slow responses. I had to call and stay on top of everything and was a little nervous about the process. I bought a painting for $200, billed $250 (this was correct with the buyer's premium), billed $8.75 for PayPal, billed $155.27 for shipping, another $5.43 for PayPal. I have shipped clocks from Europe for around $100. They did a good job packing the painting but the shipping price was to me absurd. They claimed that insurance was part of the cost but It was a $200 painting not 20K.

Ive been bidding with Artingstall for a while and it's been great. Most of the items I got have far greater value and worth more than what I paid for them. Staff is amazing and will go that extra mile for you, but also forward of what they can and cant be flexible about, like taxes and forms. Very pleasant to deal with. The auctioneer (or specialist?) is very knowledgeable and helpful. You just have to ask if you need more information. They don't guarantee though, unless they're quite certain on an item.

used them for shipping. Wished they would have communicated status and tracking # as i had to call twice.

I paid for everything on 12/27/2017, today is 1/12/2018. over the course of two weeks I was told that it was sent out when I called in. I only received the shipment tracking number today that said we will have to wait until next week.

This was by far my most disappointing experience in years. It has been almost 1 month since the item was bought and paid for and it is only now in process with Fedex, and still not scheduled for delivery until October 4th. Numerous emails and phone calls were made to them right after payment to schedule shipping without response. I finally was able to arrange shipping terms on September 20th. Thry took payment for shipping that day. It has just been shipped as of today, 9 days later! I would not purchase from them again. I have purchased many items through live auctioneers over the years and am an experienced buyer. This was a very disappointing experience.

Edward Todd is not an honorable person. The art he sent me is infested with boring creatures and he will not refund my money.

They sent me a painting which was infested with boring insects. Disgusting! I am in a dispute over payment with them.

The painting and frame arrived infested with boring insects. Disgusting. The painting was opened in the living room. They got on my rug and I am fearful for my furniture. The owner Mr Todd has not refunded my money. I am currently seeking to retrieve payment by filing a complaint with Visa.

Helpful and attentive staff; they go out of their way to accommodate valid requests, which is always a plus. And they offer reasonable shipping!! Most others Id have to take care of getting my goods flown or delivered to me.
