Description of the condition of the item was not accurate. Painting had damage that was not described and was told before auction the painting was in good condition with no damage. Canvas was poked and stretched to cause unappealing bulge. Was not done in shipping. Disappointed.

At first they wanted to charge me $125 to ship a $50 platter but we worked that out and the shipped it for $40. When I received the platter and removed all the stickers that were on the platter under one of the stickers their was a fairly large chip to the outer edge of the platter. This damaged was not in the discription

I was very upset when I received my last shipment of netsuke. One (wooden pig) was badly damaged. I went back to the site and when I looked I could see that one leg was broken-in fact two were-but I missed it. I understand the notion of buyer beware. I asked questions about this item and was given vague responses but NOTHING about the fact that the item was damaged. Even though I didn't ask specifically, my attention should have been brought to this fact. t have bought many netsuke from you and i think I have been a loyal customer so i was shocked that I was not given a warning about this piece in our correspondence. I have been generally happy to date with your service (other than missing a couple items which went for less than my bids) so this was disappointing.
