Would buy from again

I won this auction in January and still have not received it. I started emailing in February after a month of waiting. I asked when they had shipped it. They replied it was sent Royal Mail and will be delivered shortly. It’s now April and I’ve heard it’s been mailed and will be delivered shortly about 4 times now. I still don’t know when it was or if it has been shipped. I know nothing except that I don’t have the autograph.
