They have horrible customer service and don't ship your items I paid for mine December 8th and today's is December 24th and I still haven't gotten a tracking number, or any responses at all! Stay away cause this could be you next!

Had multiple problems with Chaucer Auctions. I have bought several items from them before in the past, but my last orders were never delivered too me. They are very slow to respond to questions and are of no help. I can't recommend buying from them since my last few orders were never delivered to me. Buyer beware.

they never response your anyquestion after payment, i have not revieved items after two months, do not bid and trust this auction house again.

Some more condition details on the photos would have been nice since the photos at times are difficult to see flaws that are easily seen in-person. But overall still very pleased. Have purchased from theme multiple times!!!

I just received my item and unfortunately not much care was taken to ensure it did not bend in transit and as a result, it arrived slightly bent. I am in the process. of trying to flatten it out before I get it framed and although it should be ok, I expect better considering the money I paid for it. Additionally, communication was rather frustrating. I understand mail is substantially slower than normal, that was not my issue, but when I asked questions regarding when it was sent just so that I could get a better idea of when to expect my item and how to follow up with the postal service since there was no tracking number, I never did get a response. On a positive note, if I can get this photo flattened out I will be pleased with my purchase.

i got this item on auction written 4 times the auction house chose to write back one time all lot are shipped if the are payed i payed the day after the auction or the same day but i did never get the item and i did not get any track nr
