Quick Shipping/Bid was REOPENED after I won!!
The people at Weiss are overall responsive and polite. I did run into one person who was rude. I had won and auction and as I got up from my seat with a smile, I looked down again to close the laptop and was notified the auction was REOPENED! I had to bid higher to maintain the lead. I won AGAIN. I was told from two people two stories. One said it was a 'glitch in the system', the other told me if they had not started the next lot, they were allowed to reopen! NEVER heard of such a thing. In the long run i was refunded the difference after a few correspondences.

A bit confused by this bidders comment. The item had no condition issues and was described as exactly what it was, a signed lithograph with the title. The item was beautifully framed and the pictures were crystal clear. Perhaps he wanted us to bring it to him personally for a pre bid inspection. For 35 years we have strived to give our customers a good experience and answer any questions or supply additional photos as requested, in this case none were asked for. The customer never had the courtesy to call when he received it to discuss any imagined issue he had. The only thing lacking here is common sense on the part of the buyer.
