I have often bought from John McInnis and loved everything.

Appreciate their flexibility in allowing a third party pick up

The folks at the auction house were very friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that they had a live video feed setup so you can view the auction and listen to comments about the items up for bid.

Shipping cost was on the high side; pick up and shipping time was extremely (outrageously) long but the items did arrive in good condition.

This was my first time doing business with this auction house and it went very smoothly. I was impressed with the professional experience.

I purchased several items from John McInnis and have been extremely pleased with the items. He personally delivered a large wardrobe/storage cabinet to me at a very reasonable price. They are great to work with!

they should do there own in house shipping, the auction ended a few weeks ago and the item is just going to be shipped now 12/22/17

I went to pick up the cupboard. They did not want to help at all. I felt that I was imposing upon them.

They were extremely nice and the shipper recommended was AWESOME. Carefully packaged and shipped.

I paid directly to John McInnis. I did not appreciate your effort to make me pay extra to utilize your system. That was a bit devious on your part. Also, John McInnis used only one UPS store and it took a month after payment to get the item shipped.

The shipping company the auctioneer recommended took two weeks to finally ship the item I had won. I was not happy about that and would consider avoiding this auction house in the future because of that.

It took to land to get the stuff.

I met John at the auction house and he answered questions on a few different items I was interested in bidding on.

They require copy of front and back of credit card and copy of driver's license before registration was approved. Other auction houses do not require all this.

Hard to answer the above questions because I've still not received my lots. They don't have in-house shipping, so it takes a long time (apparently) to get the items and it's more complicated. Three weeks after the auction, two weeks after my payment cleared (I mailed check immediately), the UPS store they use has yet to even package my lots. So, it's gone fine to this point, just a bit slow and cumbersome due to their lack of in-house shipping.

I was thrilled with my experience at john McGinnis.

It was very difficult to get a hold of the auction house. I left multiple messages and my phone call was never returned.

The auction people were great. Communication with the UPS people was not as good. The process of pickup, pack, ship, and feedback to me were frustrating.

The auction house was great-the auction process (on line bidding) was very bad-I am an experienced bidder (I attended the beginning of the auction in person and then went home to bid-there were problems noted by the auctioneer on site). My bids were not recording and I thought I had purchased two items that in fact I missed because the bids did not record. I contacted Liveauctioneeers via your online communication and was pretty unsatisfied with the results-I will not use Liveacutioneers again if the technology does not improve-this was not a wifi issue other people were experiencing the same problems with delays-very disappointed.

THEY DO NOT USE ONE INCEDENT DO CAUSE YOU TROUBLE

They have many, many Problems with the live bidding

I've had better service. Item was in worse condition than described, or was damaged by shipper. Shipper was "too busy" to send it for a week. Charged too much. I buy at auctions every month.

I won an item at this auction and was billed for it! When I called to pay invoice I was told they made a mistake and I didn't win it but it went to the floor. Then they said in order to correct the bill I had to call Liveauctioneers
