The descriptions were very accurate, the action didn't linger on forever like some do, and everything was delivered quickly. Very happy!

Transactions with these folks are always wonderfully simple. My only wish is for them to have a bit more detail in the description of items. I could've asked, of course, but listing the condition (in this case, "appears unused") would be nice.

Excellent from start to finish! Perfect auction and very simple. All questions were answered promptly before auction. Description was very clear, provided numerous, clear and detailed photos which was wonderful. The very BEST part, besides the beautiful item..... was they offered in house shipping and the price was very reasonable as well as the item was perfectly packed. The reason I say “best” part is many auction houses do not offer shipping and I won’t deal with any of them anymore that don’t offer it. You’re left to fend for yourself and they will guaranteed charge you more than you paid for the actual item. BUT.... here they offered the shipping and it was picture perfect. This was probably the simplest of the nine auctions I’ve dealt with so far. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you so very much, it was a pleasure.

Very happy with the transaction

It may just be that I had a terrible experience with my last Live Auctioneer evenly, but this house were prompt, efficient, and shipping was reasonably priced and very quick. I appreciate my experience with them and will be back.

Excellent experience.

I won an item in an auction, promptly paid, and paid for shipping. The item was never sent to us and the auction house was unresponsive for nearly a year. They now claim the item was shipped and delivered but are unable to provide any proof of this. We never received the item and never received any communication about shipping. Beyond frustrating and unprofessional. AVOID.

I had a super positive experience with Valley auction. The customer service was exceptional and excellent. My items won were a collection of sacred Native American Jewellery, which are absolutely amazingly hand crafted works of art and craft and sacred to me. And my item arrived double fragile packed with great care and labelling, and the packaged was absolutely perfectly done, with great fragile care and all exact customs labelling and instructions as directed. So I had a smooth transistion of my items from customs clearance without any charge or delay. I was kept updated throughout the processs of packaging and posting and there was a constant flow of brilliant updates and excellent customer service that reassured the buyer in every way. The item is more than I expected, perfectly and acurately described and went beyond my expectations. Thank you so much Valley Auctions, to all your customer service team and especially April. I will definitely do business in the future.
