"Vault" auction and, previously, three small items that, with shipping, cost three times their value, and two of which haven't arrived. Received email, following payment, challenging my address/identity. My opinion is the staff of six is overwhelmed by volume; web search indicates All Finance, LLC filed as a Domestic in the State of California on Thursday, December 17, 2009 and is approximately eleven years old, as recorded in documents filed with California Secretary of State. I was given invoice and paid it. However, I received no further contact from them which makes me think it is a scam and now I want my money back. Worst Online Auction I have EVER dealt with! Not got my item after 1 month of bidding and paying for item! I have emailed them several times and got no response.. now I am getting my lawyer involved! DISGUSTING!!

I BID ON A COIN. WON THE BID. PAID FOR THE COIN VIA PAYPAL. GOT A DIFFERENT COIN AND ALL THAT WAS SAID WAS SORRY ABOUT THAT AND NOW I HAVE AN INVOICE PENDING ON MY WON ITEMS PAGE THAT HAS BEEN PAID IN FULL FOR OVER A MONTH I HAVE ASKED MANY TIMES TO HAVE IT FIXED.... OTHER AUCTION HOUSES ARE NOT LETTING ME BID BECAUSE OF IT. SO THERE IT IS.

Item was bid and paid for and got notification that item was no longer available. Government Auction made no attempt to make any kind of compensation with similar item and ignored all my communications after that notification, disregarding the customer completely. Very disappointing

Government Auction notified me an item was no longer available after winning bid and paid for. I have been on both sides of bidding and find that very untrustworthy. I contacted Live Auctions and was notified that each Auction house there own set of rules and should have offered me a similar item at least. Government Auction never reached back out to me after knowing my displeasure and dissatisfaction.

One of the bronzes was scratched and was not disclosed. The Coke poster was creased and the shipping cost more than the poster. Shipping and handeling was not combined and should have been.

I bought a ring which was appraised for over a thousand USD. When I received it, however, it was nothing like that. Buyers need to be careful.

I won an item and received its invoice on May 4, 2020. To my utmost shock, the company filed a dispute for non payment on May 6, within 48 hours of sending the invoice. No explanation was given for such an unprofessional move. Caution may be exercised in dealing with them. The company is either naive or severely short on cash.

Item was described as a numbered lithograph in excellent condition. The item arrived with 2 major creases, and much worse, it is clearly a print reproduction in poor quality, not an actual lithograph as described. Buyer beware.

Very timely response to questions and fast shipping. Just as advertised. Was a little hesitant to bid on something without seeing it, but this experience was very satisfactory.
