Purchased bronze sold as rare, limited edition, signed and valued between $3 **********. As a collector, had it appraised. It is not rare, not limited and not signed. Appraised value $80-120.

I won an auction on August 29, 2019 … It is now October 1 I still have not received what I want or any information as to where it is. I paid for the items two days after I won the auction

The rings were not the quality as the appraisal indicted. The company did take them back for a refund of only the bid price. The also state one of a kind item and then sell the same item again on the next auction.

WARNING!!! Do not purchase from this site. They do not send your item and take payment for your purchase. I contacted them 20 times in over a month after my purchase and have not had a reply.

Still awaiting my invoice for my items won at auction. Dont know if its because of the price it was won at and what its worth that their dragging their feet to get my invoice out to me. But its long overdue.

That is the question. I have been emailing and asking. I got a tracking number that says it was delivered before I was even notified the items shipped. My items are no where to be found and no one is returning my emails. That was a lot of money to throw away.

The Elvis went off without a hitch. The 'poster' which was sent by FedEx was sent in an envelope that looked like it got caught in a machine and bent the _ell out of it. Trying to get my money back is impossible. They wanted photos. I sent them. They wanted me to send photos to Live Auctioneers. I did. I asked them if they got them. No reply. When I asked again they said sent us the pictures. Forget it. Just a waste of time. Government auctions are pathetic. I wouldn't buy from them again. Terrible Customer Service. I think you know what they should rot in. Final word: Untrustworthy, despicable, absolutely pathetic.

The packing and shipping of my items was exceptional!!!!! The items arrived safely and in a timely manner.

They lost 3 out of 4 items. Another auction they lost 2 out of 2 items. I e-mailed them and the man said he could only find one. But the others??? Wouldn't respond to my second e-mails. I wouldn't trust these people with anything.

I put a bid for a lot (Joan Miro Lithography) that I won, but when I received it, I found out it was not what I had bid for. Instead, I got a (low quality) color photocopy. This auction house (Government Auctions/All Finance LLC) submitted a "Certificate of Authenticity" which listed the media as "photomechanical graphic" (whatever that means) and that was issued by a publisher than when I reached out to, they confirmed that they never published any piece by the aforementioned artist. At first, this auction house refused to issue a full refund when I returned this piece, but ended up doing it after multiple emails and after I had LiveAuctioneers and I confirmed that the piece and the certificate provided may have not been authentic. Also, the packaging of the item was not done correctly and it came with a couple of light creases. Several weeks after I communicated my concerns regarding the authenticity of this piece to Government Auction, I have seen what appear to be similar pieces (same author, same description, same pictures and same starting price) being listed for bidding. Bidders, please be aware of how this company runs business.
