Well it took me all most three weeks after winning auction to get my pistol so they need some customer service help or something.

Gun was well packaged and the staff were very friendly and great to work with. I was very pleased.

I won a rifle, received an email confirming that I won the rifle, then several days later was notified that there was a "clerical error" and the rifle was sold to someone else for $50 more and that there was nothing that could be done about it. This is even though Poulin's employee ended the online auction "early" but allowed a person who was present to keep bidding after I was awarded the item via the online auction. Sounded to me like someone on the inside wanted it and they made it happen. No more purchases from Poulin for me.

I won the bid on an item and it was withdrawn because of a ‚ Ä ù clerical error ‚ Ä ù. I requested an explanation and received no response. I was under the impression that when I was recognized as high bidder, a contract was made. Very disappointed to find out that the seller was not bound. It was my first experience in online bidding.
